Software, no matter how good it is would be useless without the people behind it. The Finware team is experienced, enthusiastic and available to assist you as required. Our aim is to make sure you are getting the most from your investment in iLend™. To help you get the best value support possible we provide you with access to our online support tool, iSupport. iSupport has been set up as the preferred method to assist customers and to deliver on our promise of excellent customer service.
Log a Support Request or Enhancement Suggestion
On Finware's iSupport site you can look up frequently asked questions, view iLend™ training video's, suggest iLend™ enhancements, as well as logging and tracking progress of your support requests.

Support Hours:
Technical support is provided for Finware applications during business hour; Monday to Friday,
8.00 am - 6.00 pm EST except NSW gazetted Public Holidays where support coverage will be
reduced.
