1. Base Options:

The Base Option forms the foundation upon which Finware builds your iLend™ Solution and includes either `Products, Documents and Calculators' OR `Customers and Loans'. Your selection should be based upon the functionality that is most relevant to your business. If you require both, the second option will be available at a reduced price in our Feature Options section below.

Products, Documents and CalculatorsTime equals money... Do you have time to do your own product research? Make sure you have access to the only guaranteed product information in the industry. Beat your competitors and "win" the client by providing superior product comparison information, quickly. Maximise your referrals, quality clients and professionalism.

Finware serverWhat could be easier than letting dedicated software experts maintain your system? It's what we do, so save yourself the hassle. Our superfast servers are maintained at our dedicated, purpose-built and best-of-breed data-centre.  

In-house serverSave costs with discounts off your monthly licence (if your business is big enough), while still getting access to Finware system maintenance. Manage redundancies\ and your own security. 

Standard SecurityFinware provides all businesses with standard security, ensuring they receive a high level of protection. Select whether users share their data with other users in your group or whether they can just view their own data.

3. Support Options

Get the best support in the business. Our support is the envy of our competitors, and we have a range of flexible options to suit your business requirements. Options include:

Unlimited support Ensure you always have support on hand.  This option is compulsory for all new iLend™ users in their initial 12 months.

Billable support Pay for support as and when the need arises. Available after your 1st year of using iLend™. 

Second Level Support only Nominate an iLend™ `super user'. The super user will be the `go to' person for all support requests. Finware will then in return provide support to the super user.

Own Products White label your own products? Make sure you can add these products to iLend™ so that you can include them in product searches and comparisons for your clients.

Own Documents Cheaper, faster and easier than your own Intranet. Get offline access to all your own documents and create uniform and consistent communication from your team. Version control is a cinch! Documents can also be backed up and secured using Finware back-up.
