1.       iGuarantee claims can only made against incorrect product information held on iLend™ for Panel A Lenders.

 

2.       The clients account must be fully paid up for all licenses under their agreement at the time of lodging an iGuarantee claim and at time of claim approval.

 

3.       The error must be quantifiable. There must be some form of financial error or omission in iLend™. We require the dated iLend™ quote that you gave to your client.

 

4.       We cover you, our client (not your client) for any loss. This means you must have suffered a financial loss, from refunding your client and you must show evidence of this. Please supply a copy of the loan disbursement details from the Lender.

 

5.       All claims will be offered to our client in the form of a credit note to their iLend™ account.

 

6.       A claim will not be considered where an error has occurred as a direct result of incorrect product information supplied by the Lender.

 

7.       The maximum claimable amount is $6000 and claims must be made within 3 months of the customer being quoted.
