Along with our new modularised iLend™ system Finware has also improved the way we deliver training.

Improvements include:

Making it more accessible, by providing training online: Our 5-week online classroom is a trainer-led interactive course that allows you to learn the software without having to come to our offices and taking a large chunk of time out of your business. It comprises a 1 hour session per week over 5 weeks - what a great way to take yourself from the basics to the more detailed value-add features of the system!

Making one-on-one sessions more available: We now provide half-day onsite training with a certified iLend™ trainer - a great option if you have 2 or more brokers, and need the very best personalised care for your business.

Continuing to provide self-help options via online training tutorials on our secure Support section on our website. And there is also the ever-present HELP tab within iLend™ if you know what you need to do, but have forgotten the finer points.

We are also happy to announce that you can now earn CPD points by completing an iLend™ training course, so not only do you benefit from getting more out of your software, but you can maintain your accreditation with MFAA as well!
